Elite clients will work with an Elite Reverse Recruiter who is a Certified Interview Coach (CIC) as well as a Certified Salary Negotiation Specialist (CSNS).

No. Our 60-Day Interview Guarantee only applies to resume writing services and is not valid for reverse recruiting services. We are proud to say that we have an extremely high success rate as evidenced by our 800+ 5-star reviews. For clients who stay with us at least 3 months, we have a 90%+ success rate.

Our reverse recruiting services are broken down into three unique offerings.

1. Reverse Recruiting Standard

Reverse Recruiting Standard is our flagship service that started back in 2015. We manage your entire job search by finding you jobs, applying to the jobs you approve, networking on your behalf to key decision makers, and ultimately landing you interviews. This is a perfect solution for a busy professional who lacks the time or know-how to job search on their own.

2. Reverse Recruiting Premium

Reverse Recruiting Premium includes everything in Reverse Recruiting Standard with a few key additions. Premium clients work with a Premium Reverse Recruiter who is also a Certified Interview Coach (CIC). Premium clients receive pre-interview research docs to help prepare for the interview as well as one mock interview training per 4-week billing cycle.

3. Reverse Recruiting Elite

Reverse Recruiting Elite includes everything in Reverse Recruiting Premium with a few key additions. Elite clients work with our most senior reverse recruiters and receive unlimited assistance with interview preparation and salary negotiation. Our Elite Reverse Recruiters are Certified Interview Coaches (CIC) as well as Certified Salary Negotiation Specialists (CSNS). Elite clients also receive an expedited start date of 3-4 weeks instead of our typical wait time of 8-weeks. This is our most comprehensive package for executives and leaders who are serious about taking their career and compensation to the next level.

Reverse Recruiting Standard is $2,499 per 4-week period. Reverse Recruiting Premium is $3,499 per 4-week period. Reverse Recruiting Elite is $4,999 per 4-week period. There are no long-term commitments and each of the services can be renewed as frequently or infrequently as you’d like until you accept a job offer.

While we can’t guarantee you a job in any amount of time, most job searches we manage take 3 months. We’ve had clients receive job offers in as little as 2 weeks, and others take as long as 6 months. Factors outside of our control such as location flexibility, salary, and interview skills are big influencers in the time it takes to land a job.

As of 2022 we have started allowing reverse recruiting clients to use their existing resume. We will provide a free review of your resume before beginning the process to let you know if we think it could be improved. We strongly recommend using our resume writing services prior to engaging with our reverse recruiting services. Having your resume written by our staff means that your reverse recruiter will have an easier time making any edits/alternations throughout the process.

We are proud to offer a 60-day interview guarantee with all our resume writing services. If you don’t receive noticeably more interviews after using our resume writing service, we’ll rewrite your resume one time at no additional charge. Each package includes an initial 1-on-1 phone consultation with your resume writer. We also offer a phone consultation once we’ve sent over your draft to answer any questions you might have. We offer resume writing services for entry-level (0-2 years of experience), professional (3+ years of experience), executive (director & VP), and C-level (CEO, COO, CXO). We also offer federal resume writing services (GS-7 to SES).

Additional documents include previous job descriptions, letters of recommendations, awards/certifications that are not on your resume, etc. While most clients have an existing resume for us to improve upon, we are well-equipped to work with anyone with or without a resume.

The resume writing process will take roughly 2 weeks from start to finish.

All resume packages will be delivered within 3-5 business days of your writer phone consultation. If you ordered “Rush Service” you can expect to receive your resume within 2 business days of your writer phone consultation.

If you ordered additional services such as LinkedIn, Cover Letter, Professional Bios, or others, you can expect to receive these documents within 2 business days of approving your final resume. It’s important for us to have final approval on your resume before we begin working on additional documents.

ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System. An applicant tracking system is a software application that enables the electronic handling of recruitment and hiring needs. An ATS can be implemented or accessed online at enterprise- or small-business levels, depending on the needs of the organization.

All our resumes are ATS compatible in order to give you the best chance of getting in front of the hiring manager. To be ATS compatible, we must be mindful not to use excessive designs/graphics or other formats that are difficult for an ATS to read.

Outplacement is an employer-sponsored benefit typically offered in a severance package to assist terminated/laid off employees move on to another role. Find My Profession Outplacement Services focus on enhancing the skills needed for re-employment, such as writing resumes and cover letters, navigating job boards, interviewing, networking, and negotiating salaries.

Outplacement Services add to the cost of a severance package, but employers often offer it because it can help improve the company’s reputation & brand. It may also alleviate risks associated with layoffs and terminations.

Here at Find My Profession, we provide outplacement services for companies of all sizes!  Our packages are carefully crafted and tailored to meet the needs of your organization, whether that be 100 employees or 100,00 employees!

Our onboarding process is customized to meet each employees’ specific needs and is also determined by the package purchased by their prior employer. Onboarding turnaround time is typically 48 hours or less.

Our organization works with all levels of employees, ranging from hourly workers to executives.  During the onboarding process, our organization can categorize each employee type and proceed to pair each employee to a seasoned recruiter with the experience needed.
