Reverse Recruiting

Friday

Every Friday, your Reverse Recruiter will identify jobs that they believe you will be interested in. These jobs are added to your online profile for your review. We ask that you approve or reject each job with detailed notes before Monday so that we can get to work right away.

Monday

On Monday, your Reverse Recruiter will spend the day filling out job applications for each of the jobs that you have approved over the weekend. More often than not, we are making minor tweaks to optimize your resume for each job application that we submit. We’ll attach a copy of the customized resume that we use for each job in your profile.

networking

Tuesday-Thursday

We believe networking is the most important part of job searching. That’s why your Reverse Recruiter dedicates three days each week to networking. Our approach is very much about quality > quantity. Our networking is tailored towards the individual but you can typically expect a blend of the following:

  1. Job-specific networking
  2. Target company networking
  3. Location-specific networking

Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy

Our Reverse Recruiting + Client Strategy package includes everything in our Reverse Recruiting package plus a whole lot more! You’ll have unlimited access to a second professional known as a Client Strategist. Every Client Strategist is a Certified Interview Coach (CIC) and Certified Salary Negotiation Specialist (CSNS). Your dedicated Client Strategist can provide you with:

  1. Pre-interview report for each interview
  2. Interview training for each interview
  3. Salary negotiation for each offer
