Each session is conducted via Zoom with your Career Coach at a pre-scheduled time.
Interview Preparation:Â These sessions provide essential tips for interview preparation, including etiquette, establishing a cultural fit, answering common questions, and managing nervousness. You can also participate in a mock interview to practice your skills. Sessions can be scheduled for general interview support or tailored for an upcoming interview.
Pre-Interview Report: Your Career Coach will prepare and review a detailed report that includes key information about the company, enhancing your interview responses. You’ll learn about the company’s social media presence, recent news updates, salary information, potential interview questions, and more.
Salary Negotiation:Â Discover how to assess your worth and effectively communicate it to potential employers. You will discover common pitfalls that job seekers encounter, strategies for responding to negative feedback from employers, and techniques for signing an offer without leaving money on the table. Sessions can be scheduled for general salary negotiation guidance or customized to focus on a specific job offer.
How do your career coaching services work?
After selecting and purchasing the sessions that best meet your needs, you will be directed to create an account in our online portal. Shortly after your purchase, you will be assigned to a Career Coach. You can then schedule your call(s) and communicate with your coach directly through our portal.
