Interview Guarantees for Your Job Search

We believe hiring a Reverse Recruiting team should come with confidence, not uncertainty.

That’s why every client enrolled in either our Fixed-Fee Reverse Recruiting Option or Success Fee Reverse Recruiting Option is backed by The Find My Profession Promise.

If you actively participate in our Reverse Recruiting process and do not receive either:

• Five (5) qualifying interviews, or
• One (1) accepted employment offer

within four (4) consecutive service months following your Service Commencement Date, we’ll continue providing your Reverse Recruiting service at no additional monthly service fee until one of those milestones has been achieved, for up to an additional six (6) service months.

Because our goal isn’t simply to complete four months of work.

Our goal is to help you build meaningful momentum toward your next opportunity.

**How the Promise Works**

To remain eligible, you must:

• Remain continuously enrolled in either the Fixed-Fee or Success Fee Reverse Recruiting Option during the initial four-month Promise Period.
• Utilize the resume and application materials prepared or approved by Find My Profession.
• Maintain substantially the same agreed-upon search criteria throughout the Promise Period.
• Respond to your Reverse Recruiter within 48 hours.
• Review and approve or decline recommended job opportunities within 48 hours.
• Attend scheduled interviews, networking calls, and strategy meetings.
• Participate in a minimum of two Zoom strategy meetings per month.
• Remain actively engaged throughout your job search.

**What Counts?**

Qualifying Interview

A qualifying interview is a live interview with an employer regarding an opportunity that falls within your approved search criteria.

Qualifying interviews generally include interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, human resources representatives, or interview panels.

Accepted Employment Offer

An accepted employment offer is a formal offer of employment that you choose to accept.

If you’ve fully participated in the process and haven’t received five qualifying interviews within your first four months, we’ll continue working on your behalf at no additional monthly service fee until you receive your fifth qualifying interview or an accepted employment offer, for up to an additional six service months.

**Additional Terms**

The Find My Profession Promise applies to eligible clients enrolled in either our Fixed-Fee Reverse Recruiting Option or Success Fee Reverse Recruiting Option.

Clients whose participation, responsiveness, search criteria, or other actions materially hinder the effectiveness of the search may become ineligible for the Promise.
