Our resume writing services are priced based on the complexity of the project. We offer resume writing services for entry-level (0-2 years of experience), professional (3+ years of experience), executive (director & VP), and C-level (CEO, COO, CXO). We also offer federal resume writing services (GS-7 to SES).

Immediately after signing up, you'll be asked to send over your existing resume, as well as any supporting documents that could help your writer. Additional documents include previous job descriptions, letters of recommendations, awards/certifications that are not on your resume, etc. While most clients have an existing resume for us to improve upon, we are well-equipped to work with anyone with or without a resume.

The resume writing process will take roughly 2 weeks from start to finish.

Here's what you can expect when signing up for our resume writing services:

1. Purchase the appropriate resume package and add-on services.
2. You will immediately receive an email requesting you send over your current resume (if you have one).
3. We will review your resume within 1 business day to assign you the most qualified writer.
4. Your writer will reach out to schedule a phone consultation at your convenience.
5. Once you have completed your phone consultation, the 3-5 business day (2 business days for rush service) turnaround time begins.
6. When you have received your first draft, you may schedule another phone consultation with your writer.
7. We will work with you on any edits/revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
8. You'll receive your final resume in both Word and PDF formats.

All resume packages will be delivered within 3-5 business days of your writer phone consultation. If you ordered "Rush Service" you can expect to receive your resume within 2 business days of your writer phone consultation.

If you ordered additional services such as LinkedIn, Cover Letter, Professional Bios, or others, you can expect to receive these documents within 2 business days of approving your final resume. It's important for us to have final approval on your resume before we begin working on additional documents.

ATS stands for Applicant Tracking System. An applicant tracking system is a software application that enables the electronic handling of recruitment and hiring needs. An ATS can be implemented or accessed online at enterprise- or small-business levels, depending on the needs of the organization.

All our resumes are ATS compatible in order to give you the best chance of getting in front of the hiring manager. To be ATS compatible, we must be mindful not to use excessive designs/graphics or other formats that are difficult for an ATS to read.
